WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Nike is seeking for a process-oriented and result-driven Lead Global Process Delivery Analyst, Tier III for APGC region. This is an individual subject matter expert role to ensure efficient and effective service delivery from hire to retire. This role will be mainly focus on strategically compensation deliveries including base pay, incentive and recognition program in APGC region. And also focus on process improvement, system enhancement and opportunities to drive operational excellence.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Strategic:
Develop the plan for rollout of strategic initiatives that align with overall company objectives, including an operational roadmap to outline key program and process deliverables.

Continually assess the efficiency of existing global Compensation policies, guidelines, and processes, providing operational trend analysis and recommendations for evolution.
Provide thought leadership in partnership with the program design team and peers in key geographies on operationalization and ongoing management of new Compensation programs.
Using data (KPIs, surveys, themes), proactively identify and react to key opportunities in the business and support solutions while providing insights to our partners on how programs, policies, and processes are landing with employees.
Operational:
Deliver compensation programs for all countries within the geography.
Ensure operational excellence delivering efficient operations and uniquely Nike experiences.
Oversight of vendor performance and actively lead partners to deliver value and maintain high satisfaction for Nike and employees
Stay current on statutory regulations and ensure timely implementation to maintain compliance with applicable requirements.
Develop, document, and implement operational processes and controls to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You'll report to the Director Global Process Delivery, APGC and be part of Tier 3 GPD team. You will be the key counterpart for the GPD, Tier 1 and Tier 2 team and global Equity team. On the daily, you'll also collaborate with HR professionals and other team members across the region, including but not limited to Compensation COE, Payroll, People Solutions Services, People Solutions Consultation, Legal/Compliance, Employee Relations, and Finance and external vendors.
WHAT YOU BRING
A minimum of 5+ years experience in compensation or HR;
Strong process and system thinking
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of compensation and equity principles, practices, and regulations.
Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with various stakeholders to deliver solutions that are aligned to strategy, support business objectives, and meet all legal requirements
Growth mindset flexible and able to excel within ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while simplifying and bringing clarity to make things happen
Experience with key technologies: Workday, ServiceNow, Smartsheet
Educated to Bachelor/Master's degree level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
