Who we are looking for

We're looking for an Experienced Brand Lead to join our Women's Football (Soccer) Team. To Be considered for this role, you will love and obsess football, with a specific focus on the women's game. You will be able to successfully navigate the Nike matrix with strong cross-functional relationships and innovative thinking. The candidate should be a motivated and individual who is thoughtful, proactive, and collaborative.

What you will work on

If this is you, you'll be responsible for but not limited to:

Obsessing football (soccer) Culture with a specific focus on the women's game.

Understanding the football (soccer) Consumer at a deep level inclusive of their motivations, passions and connectivity to sport to inspire aspirational storytelling and concepts.

Partnering with a cross functional marketing team to inspire world class storytelling and consumer journeys taking the brand and consumer somewhere new.

Delivering seasonal marketing campaigns that position Nike as the top brand in women's football (soccer)

Partnering with Sports Marketing on seasonal campaigns and sport moments.

Collaborate and partner with a highly capable, diverse and world-class, multi-disciplinary marketing team

Who you will work with

You will be reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Brand Management, Women's Sport & Athletes. You will work closely with Global and Geo Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, and Business Teams to ensure that strategy and resources serve the brand and business.

What you bring

5+ years of experience in brand marketing or related experience with a deep understanding of the football (soccer) ecosystem and the elite football (soccer) athlete.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or combination of relevant education, experience and training

Demonstrated genuine passion and deep understanding of football (soccer) culture, fashion, trends, and the future of the game.

Ability to balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast moving, ambiguous environment.

(Internal Only) understanding of Nike's brand standards and how to translate them to industry leading work.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of partners across cultures, ranges of ability, genders, ethnicities, and races

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentation
