WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Reporting to the Senior Manager for Footwear product line management, you will work closely with your footwear triad and supporting functions. Collaboration extends to internal Nike teams across merchandising and sales, as well as wholesale partners in EMEA & WHQ.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a collaborative Lead Product Line Manager with a proven track record in Footwear product creation. The ideal candidate excels in problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with a passion for crafting high-quality product briefs and serving consumers.

Advanced communication and presentation skills, alongside experience working with diverse teams, are essential.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in Footwear product creation or merchandising within a Footwear organization.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
  • Solid understanding of Footwear construction and storytelling
  • Passion for sneakers and the culture of the athletic footwear industry
  • Expert knowledge of the EMEA consumer, retail landscape and wholesale partners
  • Exceptional time management with a proven ability to manage multiple work streams
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively
  • An inquisitive mind, proactive information-seeking skills, and a drive for results
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the confidence to lead and challenge peers and senior stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Miro & Adobe suite
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Oversee all aspects of the Footwear product creation process in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Analyze retail sales data, and conduct consumer groups to derive actionable insights.
  • Manage workflows from line planning & brieifing to sell-in, creating and maintaining compelling tools to support the business
  • Partner closely with wholesale teams, design, development, and merchandising to create & land products tailored for the European consumer.
  • Ensure accountability, meet deadlines, and contribute to team success.
