WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Digital Capabilities team is responsible for ensuring the digital experience improve and evolve at pace through the management of new digital capabilities and maximization of current across Nike.com and Nike Apps. In this role you are part of the NDDC Digital Consumer Experience team EMEA, reporting into the Sr. Manager Nike Digital Capabilities EMEA and working cross-functionally with regional and global counterparts and teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product management, with experience developing a deep understanding of users' needs, translating needs into business requirements, and partnering with product teams to turn requirements into reality. The candidate will need to demonstrate strong stakeholder and project management experience. They will also bring in previous experience in ecommerce platforms influencing global roadmaps and leading go to market for key current and future capabilities & experiences.

  • Extensive knowledge of ecommerce best practices and user behaviors in a brand environment and strong x-functional team leadership.
  • Strategic thinking in business development & Roadmaps/Tech experience .
  • Ability to translate insights into news and technical solutions. Analytical skillset, with experience across digital KPIs.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead projects & product programs; ability to develop go to market strategies in collaboration with multiple teams
  • Effectively communicate and drive alignment and accountability; prioritization and integration across multiple functions and teams
  • Ability to collaborate and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with digital, x-functional teams and global counterparts
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, especially in managing processes and delivering technical analysis across diverse stakeholders
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for ecommerce, retail, sport and fashion

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

The Lead Digital Capabilities will partner with business & experience leads to define and advocate for digital capabilities needs and roadmap for EMEA. They will collaborate with global product teams to oversee development to advocate for EMEA specific requirements and manage from intake to go to market.

Core responsibilities include;

  • Engage with key partners in experiences and capabilities to deeply understand consumer and business needs and opportunities.
  • Work side by side with Digital Experience, Digital Commerce, CFOP & Marketing teams to understand strategic intent and consumer reality, and interpret these into experience & capability asks.
  • Track health & usage of the capabilities & experiences and craft business cases for future feature asks.
  • Manage and communicate risk and dependencies to the EMEA business
  • Partner closely with the Nike Digital portfolio team and the Operations Capability team for alignment on priorities
  • Ownership of capabilities & experiences may include: Experience features for Nike.com & Nike App, O2O, Digital Partnerships, Membership experience features and more.
  • Partner closely with Global Nike Digital, Marketing & Tech teams, serving as the local owner for their digital product, setting requirements and defining go to market guardrails and processes.
  • Engage closely with the Digital Experimentation team to leverage test & learn opportunities
