WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
This candidate will be the lead designer working on a variety of apparel classifications for Women's Golf Apparel. These products range from highly technical outerwear to high volume franchise resets to style-forward performance golf apparel. You'll be instrumental in creating the future of Women's Golf Apparel.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
This position will report into the Design Director of Golf and Tennis Apparel and will work alongside a team who works on Golf and Tennis apparel and be part of the greater Women's Sport field of play. This role requires experience developing and managing cross-functional relationships with Athletes, Graphic Designers, Product Management & Merchandising, Material/Trim Development, Technical Development and Sourcing teams. This role requires translating consumer & athlete insights and trend right performance product. The right candidate for this role understands that the best way to predict the future is to create it. This role will not have any direct reports.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related design field or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a design environment working with materials, trims, design and fit.
- You have an outstanding ability to apply and perform foundational design skills, including drawing/sketching, illustrations across analog and digital platforms. 3D experience is a plus.
- You are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, concept ideation, color theory and have strong presentation skills along with the ability to convey your design point of view through a variety of visual tools to both internal and external partners.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of materials, fit and performance design.
- You have relevant Apparel/Fashion/Design experience through on-job training and strong portfolio representation. Extra consideration will be given to those with a background in sport performance and sport style innovation.
