The annual base salary for this position ranges from $119,400.00 in our lowest geographic market to $267,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Nike Digital Product Design executes thoughtful design solutions for business and consumer problems at scale. We craft the overall form and function of our digital products - defining the user experiences and interfaces for Nike's internal and consumer-facing experiences.

Who you will work with

You'll be part of the Digital Product Design Studio. We're a team of UI/UX craftspeople, specializing in UX creative direction, motion, copywriting and prototyping - collectively responsible for elevating the quality and expression of Nike's digital experiences. We work closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of product designers, UX writers, product managers, engineers, producers, researchers, and marketers - collectively building digital products that "make athlete dreams real".

Who we are looking for

You're a creative technologist, blurring the lines between design, motion and development. You blend aesthetic sensibility with technical skills, and build digital interactions that feel magical. You care about delivering exceptional user experiences that resonate with the user. You bring a wide array of skills and a lot of curiosity. You constantly experiment with new tools and mediums, and your multidisciplinary approach allows teams to push what's possible.

What you bring

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in digital product design or UX


  • A bachelor's degree or higher in design or related field (UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience. .


  • Motion design or development experience related to physics, patterns, and visual design elements.


  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles


  • Ability to combine creativity and code to deliver delightful interactions


  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders


  • Impeccable attention to detail


  • A fascination with innovation and technology and a solid understanding of digital tools and trends

What you will work on

You'll create innovative web and mobile app experiences that deliver Nike's vision to "make athlete
dreams real". You'll work within the Design Studio team to collaborate on defining and implementing Nike's UX language, and you'll work with cross-functional partners across Nike on "big bets" - the digital experiences and expressions that position Nike at the forefront of inspiration and innovation.

  • Develop motion and interactive prototypes for delightful features, user interactions and affordances that elevate the Nike UX language


  • Participate in creative ideation workshops and develop prototypes that bring new feature ideas to life


  • Work on projects that encompass multiple broad and/or undefined features


  • Rapidly iterate low- and hi-fidelity prototypes that enhance interactivity - from initial briefing through concepting, refining and final delivery


  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies


  • Play a part in evangelizing prototyping within Nike to strengthen the culture of innovation and experimentation
