Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team

NIKE, Inc. does more than outfit the world's best athletes. It is a place to explore potential, obliterate boundaries and push out the edges of what can be. The company looks for people who can grow, think, dream and create. Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries. At Nike, it's about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.

Working within the Consumer, Product, Brand & Marketplace (CPBM) organization, our data governance team focuses on ensuring that the NIKE enterprise has the product data needed to power NIKE's future.

We are looking for a Lead Data Governance teammate who is an excellent problem solver and willing to roll up their sleeves to tackle any data challenge. In this role, you will work on the business side of Nike, with all types of product data and the many systems and tools that host that data. As our product data plays a critical role in the business activities and the results of the company, this data governance role requires a passion and commitment to ensuring that this data is properly designed and maintained. When our data isn't effectively serving our business, you will lead root cause analysis efforts and will work with business and technical partners to resolve the issue. You will work alongside both business and technical data stakeholders and must be able to communicate effectively with both.
