WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the Senior Director of Sport Activity and Digital Partnerships, within our Nike Digital team. This team drives the daily experience on our digital sport apps for members. This role works with the Sport Activity Portfolio lead, the Fitness brand team, Digital Design, Digital Product and Technology.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Lead Content Manager to guide programming for our Nike Training Club app, serving members and athletes every day through fitness content and coaching. This teammate is personally passionate about fitness, and has a strong sense of how Nike can uniquely motivate and enable members to work toward their personal fitness goals. The person in this role will have strong skills in digital content management (image, video, text), briefing of creative agencies and internal design partners, and creative production of content featuring athletes and trainers.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, working in digital content production and management
  • Creative, resourceful and decisive content briefing, production and management approach.
  • Data-driven, quick to prune and pivot when needed
  • Personally invested in health/fitness technology

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

In this role, you will lead global programming and content merchandising for the NTC app on a seasonal basis, working with the Fitness Brand team, Sports Marketing & Design teams to compile assets and deliverables for NTC workouts and content.

  • You'll enable programming, tests and content publishing with Authoring teams.
  • You'll work tightly with our Digital Product team to prioritize new NTC app features.
  • You'll be the main partner to our Fitness brand team, ensuring we are building experiences and content that deliver on the Nike Fitness strategy.
  • You'll create Product Marketing plans for platform features across apps and owned social.
  • You'll monitor member response to NTC programming, and optimize future content to reflect patterns in member fitness behaviors and needs.
