Lead Compliance Manger - NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton , OR. Drive execution of all health and safety-related performance programs in collaboration with safety deployment director(s) and key members of our country-based Responsible Sourcing and Manufacturing (RSM) teams globally; Develop training and educational tools to ensure the highest level of health and safety practice is maintained across Nike's contract manufacturing value chain suppliers; Create improvements to existing tools and processes based on the team's input and factory insights and perspective; Monitor and report on health and safety performance framework, including the Social Labor Compliance Program (SLCP), Culture of Safety Maturity Assessment (CoSMA), injury/illness metrics, and factory self-reported operational safety key performance indicators; Benchmark factories' "Culture of Safety" data against world-class manufacturing companies outside of the footwear/apparel industry and set realistic performance targets for our suppliers; and Develop fact-based health and safety decisions informed by collective expertise, strategic business priorities, partner input, and most importantly data driven metrics. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY. Position requires international travel 10% of the time.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a compliance-related occupation.

Experience must include:

  • Risk Management


  • Data Management Systems including Enablon, ARAVO, and Tableau


  • Safety Management Systems including OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001


  • Risk Assessment


  • Lean Manufacturing


  • Multinational compliance monitoring


  • Compliance, Health, and Safety Strategy Development


  • Multinational Labor, Health, Safety, and Environment Compliance Auditing
