Lead Brand Creative Designer -NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Deliver comprehensive design solutions across all appropriate channels in collaboration with internal and external partners; collaborate with the Art Director and Studio team to develop the visual direction and craft the Art Direction; deliver best-in-class globally relevant photography, video content, digital and experience design in service of the Studio (Men's, Women's, or Kid's) & consumer; develop and maintain relationships with photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, designers, and their agents from around the world; create and assist in the craft art direction for video shoots, ensuring our content is always on-brand, diverse, globally relevant, and dynamic; provide and maintain relevant knowledge on global emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media and technology as relevant to the company and the design team; collaborate with styling, marketing, tech, retail, photography and editorial teams to meet brand vision and standards; ensure all projects are well-planned, creatively exceptional, delivered on-time and within agreed budgets; review project work for highest standards of quality and consistency; and comprehension of international target audience and how to create stories that are relevant to them. Position requires international travel 20% of the time. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Advertising , Design, or Communication Design and 2 years of experience in a design-related occupation.
