WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Product BI Manager with a strong background in supply chain analytics to drive the development and optimization of cutting-edge analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in aligning product strategy with business goals, leveraging data to enhance decision-making, and ensuring the seamless delivery of impactful products. This role requires a blend of deep supply chain domain knowledge, strong product management skills, and familiarity with analytics platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Develop and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for supply chain analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including foundational data product teams, data analysts, visualization developers, engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders, to design, develop, and deliver scalable analytics products.
  • Drive prioritization of features and functionalities based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Translate supply chain business challenges into product requirements and actionable insights.
  • Ensure the successful adoption of analytics solutions across the supply chain functions, including Sourcing and Manufacturing, Costing, Material Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Marketplace Operations.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor solutions to keep the product competitive.
  • Use metrics-driven approaches to measure product success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary advocate for the product both internally and externally, communicating progress and strategic direction to stakeholders.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven Experience in Product Management: 8+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on analytics or supply chain technologies.
  • Data Analytics Background: Strong ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and apply insights to influence product direction and business outcomes.
  • Technical Acumen: Experience working with analytics platforms, data warehouses, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake).
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile and lean development practices, including writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact analytics products in supply chain environments.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and solving complex business problems with data-driven solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications

  • Supply Chain Expertise: Deep understanding of supply chain management, including Sourcing and Manufacturing, Product Costing, BOM Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Marketplace Operations.
  • Databricks Experience: Understanding of Databricks for data engineering, machine learning, and analytics.
  • Cloud Expertise: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, particularly in the context of analytics solutions.
  • ATSCALE Knowledge: Familiarity with ATSCALE for business intelligence and its role in bridging data and analytics workflows.
