The Society in Sport team in Social & Community Impact (SCI) makes reflective and strategic investments through a community lens. We invest to protect the ecosystem of youth sport and all other investments we need to move the world forward through sport.
The Social & Community Impact team is looking for a Lead Analyst, Social & Community Impact Operations who will support the end-to-end collection, tracking, and reporting of Nike Inc's commitment to invest 2% of annual pre-tax income and the Future of Youth Sport in communities across the world.
The role will help guide system updates and identify key areas for process improvements to streamline data collection. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the data we receive from both internal and external partners. This role will also help in the creation and maintenance of standardized reporting packages and pull ADHOC data requests for the broader Social & Community Impact team. We are looking for an expert who is eager to learn and continue to grow themselves as well as be a part of Nike's impact across the globe.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
This position will work with a wide variety of personalities and functional areas of expertise, both internal and external to the organization. This role will work directly with the SCI Finance Director and sit in the larger SCI Sport & Society team. This role will also work with SCI Finance and Operations groups, global SCI, and other enabling functions across the Nike Enterprise.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Act as the subject matter expert for all things data & analytics across the global SCI team
- Assist with the design and collection of data points associated with SCI's strategies
- Meet with key stakeholders to enhance user-experience of data collection
- Work on system updates with Nike Tech partners that affect data and subsequent reporting
- Actively monitor data cleanliness and consistency in our book of record
- Create and maintain reporting packages and dashboards for all areas within SCI
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Communications and GEO leads on ADHOC data requests
KEY SKILLS & QUALITIES
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, or training
- 6+ years of progressive, relevant experience in business operations and/or data science
- Tableau or equivalent dashboard development experience
- Alteryx or equivalent data modeling experience
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated interest and experience across multiple functions is a plus
