We are looking for engaging and diverse students that are willing to join for a 6-month internship starting February 1st, 2025 at our Nike and Converse European Headquarters. Our ideal candidate will possess great interpersonal skills, show willingness to learn and is not afraid of challenges. Our internships allow students to be fully immersed in meaningful work that impacts the future of the business. To be successful in the role our interns must be self-starters who want drive innovation to win as a team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor/Master Degree student or equivalent within Business Administration, Retail Management, Business Intelligence, E-Commerce, Digital Business, Computer Science, or other related fields
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong research, technical and analytical skills, and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong project management skills and ability to bridge between business and technology
  • Taking initiative, upbeat attitude with passion for e-commerce, retail, sport, fashion
  • Affinity with e-commerce platforms and applications and understanding of their business models
  • Eagerness to be an active part of the team, ability to take ownership and curious to learn new things
  • Driven, sense of responsibility and can work solo
  • Accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Teammate, self-motivated, flexible, and open to change
  • A global attitude and ideally a passion for sport!

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

  • Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/ higher education institution)
  • Be available for a 6-month fulltime internship starting February 1st, 2025

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

WE HAVE MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE ACROSS

  • Consumer Planning
  • Supply and Inventory Planning
  • Retail Stores Planning

DEPENDING ON THE POSITION YOU ARE LINKED TO, THE TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

  • Work on projects in advanced forecasting technics (statistics, correlations, analysis, analytics)
  • Support in process and reporting (forecast accuracy and other reports)
  • Help to increase the data accuracy for planning and reporting purposes
  • Support the Planning team in their re-occurring tasks, such as reporting, data validation and preparation for meetings
  • Deep dive into metrics, benchmarking and KPIs
  • Build, check and update different templates and presentations
  • Initiate, lead and implement own projects
  • Support in ad hoc requests and attend all team meetings
  • Processing, mapping, and identifying potential improvements on data integrity
  • Connecting different teams, such as Finance, Merchandising and Sales is essential in these positions
  • Improve hard skills and knowledge on various professional analytics, reporting, planning and communication tools (for example, Alteryx, Tableau, R, SAP, advanced Excel, Cognos, SQL, etc)
