As the Integrated Retail Marketing Specialist II, you will engage at the intersection of the Converse brand and our commercial business, working with some of our most important and potential accounts. You will bring to life our most important stories through elevated and innovative experiences for UK creators & consumers across the integrated marketplace.

This role will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in the territory and in Western Europe, on top of being directly account-facing. You will be an integral part of the Integrated Retail Brand team, highly visible to the Integrated Retail Marketing Director, with the ultimate objective of serving and driving sustainable demand across all segments of the Converse marketplace construct.
WHAT'S TRULY EXCITING ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
In this role you will be able to lead and execute some of the most exciting projects for the UK marketplace across all segments of the marketplace (from Inspire to Extend) in Sport and Fashion. You will be building end-to-end journeys - from planning to execution - for product and seasonal stories, as well as for amazing Converse partners & talent.
The job is based in London (UK) & will report into the Sr. Supervisor Integrated Retail Marketing WE also based in London (UK).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the voice of the brand at Partner retail in the UK, connecting with the Sr. Supervisor Integrated retail marketing WE, to design, develop and execute Converse UK strategic plan in the short and mid-term, playing a strong role at every phase of the gameplan, identifying territory needs and opportunities and ensuring that Brand objectives are aligned with commercial objectives.
- Execute campaign with excellence, acting as the ultimate guardian of the Brand and ensuring that Brand guidelines are implemented in any account activity. Build relationships with third party agency partners, ensuring Converse works with the best in class, most creative and disruptive partners.
- Execute elevated product and brand journeys across channels, aligned with the overall Converse Western Europe strategy and Concept Map, and tailored to address creators' needs and insights.
- Learn the business and be able to optimize the consumer's omnichannel experience, focusing on Key Trade zones first and digital channels to ultimately drive conversion and sell-through.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Brand Team (Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Comms) and be champion of consistency across and omnichannel executions.
- Ensure the success of campaigns by tracking a clear set of KPIs upfront and by optimizing plans during & after campaign periods.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with wholesales accounts, based on reliability and mutual trust, fostering a one-team way of working and a win-win mindset.
- Support budget management, ensuring plans are executed within estimates, invoices are received and paid on time and within Nike's stewardship policy, and that updated budget is shared regularly with the Retail Brand Ops coordinator.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Demonstrated success in managing retail campaigns across digital and wholesales platforms.
- Experience in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, from initial concept to final analysis.
- Track record of project managing marketing initiatives from conception to completion. Include examples of coordinating with diverse teams and external partners.
- Evidence of staying current with youth culture and trends.
- Showcase campaigns or initiatives that successfully engaged younger demographics.
- Experience in leading relationships with agencies and external suppliers.
