WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will sit on the México Seasonal Readiness team & report to the México IFP Seasonal Readiness Lead; who is in charge of the Pre and Post Season of the Nike Supply Chain.
You will work with our Supply Chain, DSM, Finance, and Commercial Teams, connecting and aligning Supply Chain Supply Plan, always with consumer focus.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Business Planner to join our IFP Team in México. The candidate needs to have Good Decision Making, goal achievements focus, logic process, analytical, communicative and oriented to aligned others.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Commerce or similar.
- More than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain environment, preferred in retail sector or digital commerce, with primary focus in Planning. (Required)
- High performance in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. (Required)
- Strong leadership, team member and task prioritization skills.
- Advance knowledge of ERPs. (SAP)
- English 70% (Able to establish business conversation)

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
If this is you, you will be working with our Marketplace Operations, Inbound, DC Operations, Brand and comertial teams, rolling a cross functional alignment to keep a continues flow in our product from origin to our DC; in order to serve our consumer with three drivers: Cost, Revenue and Service.
A typical week in Seasonal Readiness is focus in analyze and aligned our Supply Flow with Inbound; in order to achieve our Shipment Plan with the necessary supply on hand. Keeping in mind our Monthly target and communicating GAPs, Risk and Opportunities. All as the control Tower of our Supply Flow.
Activities: Monthly receiving DC Forecast and priorities. Right Flow and priority of the incoming goods. Work with MSC and Logistics to optimize the demand and supply flow. Launch product analysis to guarantee the correct execution of the Marketplace Strategy.
