WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Jordan GM of Kids Streetwear will set the Global Kids consumer strategy and vision. This includes delivering Kids targets while leading cross-functional teams in driving marketplace growth & profitability in service of the consumer. As a GM, you will create compelling innovative roadmaps to address our most evolving consumer, the next generation. This role will focus on building a pipeline of industry leading concepts, innovation and product strategies to solve problems the next generation destined for Greatness cares about. They partner closely with teammates across the Global and North America Jordan Leadership team as well as managing the relationship with our 3rd party vendor.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the GM, you will lead the entirety of Kid's Streetwear initiatives for the Jordan Brand - from plan to execution. You will champion a cross-functional squad across Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Planning, etc., to achieve a shared outcome. You will create strategy to address consumer need while leveraging consumer trends with macros global insights and marketplace analysis.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You'll report to the GM/VP of Jordan North America. This role will lead a cross functional squad of 10+ driving the vision of the Kids Streetwear business forward. They will also work alongside the Men's and Women's Streetwear team to ensure cohesive and connected plans to represent Jordan North America.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in general management, strategy planning, business operations or a combination of relevant education, experience and training.
  • Minimum of 10 years of General Management experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of managing direct reports or team/squad management experience.
  • Creative future visioning, high taste-level and critical thinking.
  • Kids Streetwear Consumer Experience connected with strong commercial acumen
  • Project Management experience.
  • Team oriented mentality and shown willingness to partner with others.
  • Shown experience working in cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • External Partner Management
  • Presentation/Communication style: Clear, Concise, and Thoughtful (strong verbal and written skills). Ability to present new ideas or vision to audiences small and large, including addressing executive leaders, and external partners or customers.
