WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a coordinator to support Nike's Global Consumer and Marketplace org in creating and producing internal marketing and product build outs. The ideal candidate is energetic, likes to be hands on, and has a strong customer service focus.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
At Nike it is imperative we are able to visualize how our strategy and product will come to life for consumers as we are moving through our Creation process. This role will work within the consumer creation teams in support of bringing to life physical build outs of seasonal product for critical meetings and check-points in our creation process. You will work within each of the consumer construct teams of Men's, Women's and Kids to manage creative visual merchandising room plans and displays.

- Responsible for managing physical space logistics
- Work with the Serena consumer lab operations manager to oversee the inventory of lab assets (e.g. mannequins, fixtures, tables, chairs, etc.)
- Work with Men's, Women's, and Kids teams to assist in scheduling and managing room tours and changes
- Manage, dress, and move room build fixtures, equipment, mannequins, pedestals, etc.
- Oversee an inventory of lab tools including fixtures, mannequins, lighting. etc. to ensure team have what they need when they need it
- Maintain a clean and professional working environment across the 80,000 square foot lab
- Highly organized and able to partner with Consumer and Field of Play teams
- Ensure clear communication of schedule updates with various teams
- Partner with our internal customers and be their voice to the Lab Operations team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You'll be working in Serena Lab Operations team, the Men's, Women's, Kids consumer teams, and our Fields of Play team. We also rely on a number of external vendors, creative agencies, and internal support teams to maintain a working lab environment.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
- A minimum of 0-1 year directly relevant work experience
- A high level of organization in all things you do
- A passion for the Nike brand
- Proven work experience as project coordinator, preferred back of house experience (e.g. stockrooms, storage, warehouse)
- Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders
- A self-starter that is comfortable working in an environment that can be complex and fast moving at times
- Creative and innovative thinker, able to problem solve
- Ability to lift 30 pounds several times over the course of a day
- Thrive in an environment where you get to be a hands-on contributor
