We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about finance and thrives in a collaborative environment. You are detail-oriented and capable of delivering financial insights that influence cross-functional partners. Your storytelling skills will help you effectively communicate the performance of the footwear portfolio to senior finance leaders. Expertise in Excel and experience in creating efficiencies in analysis, reporting, and tools are essential. We value a team player who is curious, eager to learn, and driven to develop their skillset.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, and/or budgeting/forecasting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and run financial models
  • Proficient verbal & written communication skills; Interacts well with a diverse network of global business partners

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this exciting role, you will support Nike's Global Footwear Margin Planning team by generating and distributing weekly reports and conducting ad-hoc analysis. You will create new tools to enhance Nike's system capabilities and partner with our Product Teams to translate strategic margin targets into seasonal margin plans, identifying the financial implications.

Additionally, you will track margin attainment and develop scenario plans to improve margins. Your work will be pivotal in driving sustainable and profitable growth for the Nike and Jordan footwear portfolios.
