WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will work closely with two Sr. Leaders, providing high- level administrative and operational support to ensure their day-to-day responsibilities run smoothly. You will collaborate with various internal teams across departments, as well as external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, scheduling and coordination.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As Executive or Admin Assistant to Sr. Leader(s), you will be primarily responsible for optimizing Sr. Leader(s)time and promoting a positive company image. Through your duties, you will maintain relationships between the Sr. Leader(s), his/her key stakeholders, his/her employees and external NIKE contacts.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As an Executive or Admin Assistant, you will perform a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
ADMIN TASKS
- Control/track department budgets as well as Purchase Order management
- Complex calendar and expense management
- Manage and coordinate internal and external correspondence, both digital and physical
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate and manage office logistics as the central person overseeing the daily operations of the office for internal and external contacts (from preferred partners, to accounts, to athletes, etc.)
- Coordinate and supervise high level Space Planning/moves for department/office
- Manages, co-ordinates and facilitates the local showroom set-up with commercial teams for seasonal account engagements
TRAVEL
- Control/track (team) travel support
- Assess & coordinate high risk travel activities for Team Lead/ visitors in partnership with Security.
EVENTS & MEETINGS
- Coordinates office activities and events in partnership with GPS
- Organize, coordinate, and supervise the logistics for Global Visits, (Global) Leadership Team Meetings, Country Tours, Café Meetings, etc.
- Provide support for meetings (includes coordination and minute taking), offsite planning and travel for the Sr. Leaders(s) and/or the Leadership Team
- Coordination and preparation of presentations/overviews/weekly reports
COMMUNICATION
- Establish and maintain a pro-active and ongoing communication flow between the Sr. Leader(s) and the Leadership Teams in both EMEA and Global
- In the Sr. Leader(s) absence, serve as a spokesperson for the Sr. Leader(s) and prioritize and establish guidelines for the Leadership Team as directed by the Sr. Leader(s)
- Be visible on the floor as main contact person for your manager, your team and others
- Build and maintain a strong and collaborative network amongst your team, colleagues and counterparts
- Responsible for information flow/sharing on all topics (app's, training, etc.)
OTHERS
- Provide back-up support, including substituting for other Executive Assistants and Admin Assistants
- Participate in projects - identify, evaluate, and make recommendations to improve work processes
- Where applicable, supports the Lead City Experience
- Support Employee Service Awards program. Prepare milestone certificates, welcome for new employees
- Ordering flowers and others in special occasions
- Oversee storage of samples and manages sample sales to employees
- Control/track org charts and FTO, birthday lists (notice boards)
WHAT YOU BRING
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant (preferably around 5 years)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in the local language is also required
- Excellent MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint. Keynote (Mac) is highly desired
- Fulltime; part time hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be permitted, subject to business needs
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Must be able to travel for offsites and meetings
