Who we are looking for
We're looking for a Nike.net executive to join our team! We are in search of a enthusiastic teammate with a digital attitude to deliver a seamless end-2-end journey on the Nike.net platform. We are in search of someone who will develop, implement and support a seamless journey as well as process and communications. Someone with a positive & open attitude who has the ability to communicate effectively. Someone who is able to thoroughly understand business needs and translate them into use-cases with the different nike.net applications. Someone who is pro-active and strive to improve the current situation.
What you will work on
- Develop a thorough understanding how different applications on functionalities of the nike.net platform are being used by different types of users (internal and external users)
- Be the knowledge expert and provide creative solutions and support where required.
- Work with your business partners (PGTM and MPO) to understand business needs and translate them into solutions for the different nike.partner applications.
- Be the EMEA Geo partner to Global Nike.net teams on development, testing and roll-out of updates and new applications.
- Leverage metrics and targets to measure performance and success on your responsible areas
- Partner together with your team to ensure the entire platform works seamlessly and smooth end-2-end for both internal and external users
A typical workday exists of working with your counterparts in the PGTM Experience team, MPO and Finance to share and understand how users are leveraging the various nike.net applications. You consolidate insights and combine with metrics to provide input for future functionalities. You provide support where required to the different users. You connect with global teams to discuss application developments, testing and solving issues.
Who you will work with
You will partner multi-functionally with the PGTM experience team, EMEA MPO and Global Nike.net teams. You will report into the Platform and Process Manager in the Platform and Performance team.
What you bring
- Prior experience in Digital, Sales, Ecommerce, Marketing, or related field.
- Project management skills: You have a structured approach around projects and processes with partners & account teams to find efficiencies and opportunities
- E2E B2B experience: understand the flow of the information, when is the Nike. Partners is used internally and externally. Leverage analytics to improve experience.
- Digital savviness: harness the power of digital, you seek new ways to drive digital sell-in by using new tools in the eyes of the consumer
