WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will report to the APLA Supply & Inventory Planning Senior Director as part of the APLA S&IP LT and support APLA Geo and Territory DSM leadership. You'll lead and mentor Supply & Inventory Planning teammates within the APLA geography, partner closely with Inventory Operations teams within the APLA territories, and align with the Performance Operations team within the APLA geography. This leadership includes leading talent and career development for planners within your team and across the Geo. You'll also contribute to the APLA Planning community in building long-term strategy and vision and ensuring integration and standardization across Consumers and Territories.

We are searching for a leader to own integrated Supply and Inventory planning for a portion of the APLA business, with a combined Consumer and Territory focus. You will partner closely with Global Supply Planning, Geo Merch Planning, Territory DSM, and Marketplace Supply Chain to drive strategic actions in how we shape and purchase supply and in how we then manage that supply as it becomes Nike's inventory. You'll lead, coach, and inspire teams that enable APLA to achieve its inventory objectives for healthy WOS and inventory composition, while balancing revenue and margin. You'll help ensure Nike delivers in full and on time to consumers, while minimizing cancellations and excess inventory.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Finance, or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training
- 7-10+ years professional experience in supply chain, planning, S&OP and inventory management or related field
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to influence cross-functional, executive leaders
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous exposure to retail planning and inventory management
- Experience using planning systems preferred (o9, SAP, etc.)
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills to address open-ended problems
- Ability to resolve conflict and manage multiple priorities
- Process and tool implementation experience
- Proven leadership experience in a matrixed or complex organization acting as a change agent
- Strong storyteller and relationship builder who has the ability to influence across the organization
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- Partner with Global Supply Planning, Geo Merch Planning, Territory Planning, and Marketplace Supply Chain to optimize supply planning and mitigate buy risk in a way that optimizes in-season performance
- Partner with Territory Inventory Operations and Geo Performance Operations teams to manage inventory health, ensuring we are serving the consumer while also driving financial health through inventory productivity
- Partner with Territory Inventory Operations and Performance Operations to drive dynamic movement of inventory in-season to balance risk and address opportunities across Territories
- Align with Territory Inventory Operations, Performance Operations, and Global Performance Ops on appropriate inventory productivity targets for APLA and our Territories
- Collaborate with APLA Merch Planning LTs to identify seasonal strategic priorities and to optimize supply plans to meet those needs
- Communicate risks and opportunities in seasonal plans to APLA partners in DSM, MSC, and Finance
- Collaborate with Global Supply Planning on APLA strategic seasonal priorities to best serve Consumer demand
- Recap and communicate seasonal plans through weekly business reviews, CODE moments, monthly business reviews, quarterly business review, and the EBP process
- Drive consistency across APLA S&IP and among x-Geo S&IP counterparts
