The Product Integrity team is a newly unified Global organization whose vision is delivering perfect product to every athlete The Product Integrity team is composed of 3 functional areas: Governance & Standards, Color & Materials Manufacturing Quality and Issue Management. This team reports up through the Footwear Supply Chain but is responsible for Apparel, Accessories, and Footwear Product Integrity.

As Director, Footwear Quality Governance & Standards, you and your team will establish frameworks, policies, procedures, and systems to consistently and effectively meet quality objectives. This involves setting the right standards, monitoring compliance and implementing continuous improvement processes. Our quality governance ensures that our products consistently meet standards, which meets or exceeds customer expectations.

You will lead the offense by building strong relationships with key partners externally and internally across the Footwear Product Supply Chain and other functions and influencing key decisions and opportunities. Your voice will be essential in ensuring that our partners prioritize and deliver on Nike's Product Quality Goals, empowering you to significantly impact our operations.

As a results-oriented and strategic leader, you thrive in a cross-functional environment, adapting to different roles depending on the topic or issue at hand. Your strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain, coupled with your ability to engage with different partner groups, will be instrumental in tailoring your messages and leveraging strong partnerships. This role is ideal for a team player with drive, curiosity, vision, and exceptional communication skills. As a representative of Footwear Product Integrity, you know how to rise above the day-to-day to support and drive meaningful strategies, mitigate risk, and deliver sustained results.

What will you work on

  • Working with your team and others, you'll drive the Product Integrity strategy across the organization. You'll balance priorities between internal and external partners to deploy the strategy and enable growth.
  • Your typical day/week will include a variety of meetings with your external partners, your internal team, and other cross-functional partners. You and your team will focus on delivering the goals, proactively creating a plan for the season at hand, and also driving toward longer-term priorities.
  • You will establish clearly defined quality standards, metrics, and measurements for data analysis, scoring, and reporting. And promote a culture of quality and performance improvements across Nike and with our partners.
  • You will prepare the necessary tools, visuals, and analytics to deliver concise communication and a clear plan to partners.

Who will you work with

This role reports to the Sr. Director Product Integrity. This role will interact closely with key functional partners in the Footwear Supply Chain, Footwear Product Creation, and teams within the new Product Integrity Team. This role is the main point of connection between Nike and the Partner.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant or a related field, or relevant professional experience, education, and training
  • 7-9 years of relevant work experience (supply chain, product, or manufacturing).
  • Specific knowledge and experience in E2E Product Creation, Footwear Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or, Product Integrity are preferred.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including superior presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills & ability to collaborate with various partners cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable engaging with different partner groups, tailoring your messages accordingly and building strong partnerships
  • Ability to travel 10%
