We are hiring for multiple Digital Studio Producer's within our Consumer, Product, Brand and Marketplace Operations team. The CPBM Studio Operations community is the foundation and support of the Product image creation process at Nike. As the Digital Studio Producer, you will be the main connection point between what the categories and businesses need and what the CPBM Production & Design Studios create.

This position requires a high level of cross-functional partnership. You may work directly with our Design, Production, Immersive and Process Innovation teams. You'll also work with category & business partners including Product Management, Graphic Design, Apparel Design, Tech Development, FW Development, Product Information Analysts, Design Operations, Business Operations as well as Merchandising.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This person is an image process specialist, with demonstrated project management experience.
The ideal candidate is service-minded and will drive collaboration between the Design, Production and Immersive Studios and Nike's Product Creation teams. This candidate demonstrates attention to detail and is process driven with strong communication skills. Prior knowledge of end-to-end product creation and 3D tools are a nice to have!
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
In this role, you will act as the liaison between our Design & Production studios and multiple Nike business partners. You will attend category meetings to proactively seek information needed by our studio partners to execute graphics, images, 3D assets, and Immersive experiences as well as analyse and investigate any issues identified as a roadblock by our studio partners.
When needed, you will schedule and lead meetings to ensure gates and dates are met, in accordance with the standard workflows and processes for the studios. You will leverage data to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of your requests via a project management tool tracker (Wrike / Shotgrid / Airtable).
This position uses standard tools and processes to help deliver imagery for review with internal and external partners.The DSP identifies opportunities to improve existing processes within Nike's Apparel and Footwear Product Creation Teams. You will help ensure Nike's Apparel & Footwear Product Creation Teams have what they need to create, sell and manufacture their seasonal Apparel product. Our studio operates throughout the product lifecycle - creating and maintaining imagery & assets from Concept through Go-To-Market Readiness.
You will provide metrics on task status and negotiate deadlines that fall outside our standard CODE calendars, while managing up any "out of scope" requests. Digital Studio Producers collaborate with their teammates to ensure an appropriate level of service to all Nike categories & businesses, as well as consistent input into our Design & Production Studios.
The Digital Studio Producer manages information to help create and maintain the Apparel and Footwear product images according to Nike image standards.
You will attend, participate in, or conduct meetings between Category partners and the CBPM Studio Operations team to achieve the following:
- Adhere to the digital asset workflow. Includes visual process mapping and defining technical standards for downstream consumption (inputs / outputs).
- Individual workload and calendar management - communicate key dates to partners, working across several seasons simultaneously.
- Owning and maintaining asset flow process, organization, and management from brief to hand-off.
- Track and report on digital asset status to project team.
- Coordinate location and access for digital files with internal Nike and external partners.
- Facilitate project team meetings and monitor communication channels (ie. Slack, Wrike, Shotgrid, Airtable, SmartSheet) to track against deliverables and deadlines. Act as the main operational support for Design and Production Studios.
- Creative problem solving and collaboration between CODE Ops, Design, CBPM, NXT, and category partners.
- Documentation of current processes and peer training
