Who we are looking for

We're looking for a Customer Data Senior Associate, Marketplace Governance, APLA.

This role will be working on the APLA Marketplace Governance team, supporting APLA customer data management in the enterprise system (CONNECT)

Customer data in the system connects marketplace data to our Nike Data and is consumed by multiple systems/platforms. Managing and maintaining accurate customer data significantly contributes to cross-functional work, accurate reports/analytics, and better business decisions.

The ideal candidate has a logical/strategic mindset, effective independent leadership, familiarity with data analytics, and effective communication skills.

You will work with cross-functional teams geo and territory to maintain customer data in the Connect system.

You will work on identifying critical data gaps and driving customer data audits to enhance data quality and ensure data accuracy to enable better analytic capability and successful data transition to CMP (Customer Management Platform)

A typical day/week looks like working as a part of the APLA Marketplace Governance team, driving customer data validations, audits, and regular data maintenance, working with territory teams, and aligning data in the functional database with cross-functions/teams.

Who you will work with

This is the Nike matrix: You will report to the APLA Director, Marketplace Governance. You will work with territory data stewards and data owners.

You will also work with Global and Geo cross-functional teams, such as Global Partner Governance, APLA GTM & Ops, Marketplace MPUs, Planning, Analytics, Operations, and Finance teams, etc.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree and work experience in Sales, Operations, Retail, or data management function/team in Nike or a combination of relevant education, knowledge and expertise.
  • Good level of understanding of data: ability to read, analyze, and communicate data in context, including an understanding of data sources and constructs.
  • Excel Proficiency
  • Strong communication skills, ability to share thoughts with different stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high interest in learning
  • Strong growth mindset to drive personal growth by developing leadership capability
