WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

We are looking for engaging and diverse students that are willing to join for a 6-month internship starting February 1st, 2025 at our Converse European Headquarters. Our ideal candidate will possess great interpersonal skills, show willingness to learn and is not afraid of challenges. Our internships allow students to be fully immersed in meaningful work that impacts the future of the business. To be successful in the role our interns must be self-starters who want drive innovation to win as a team.

Every successful team at Converse needs a brilliant plan. The WE Strategy team shapes & drives the Geo's growth agenda by leading the strategic planning process, aligning Geo leadership - and Global stakeholders - to make our biggest opportunities a reality, and spearheading strategic initiatives across Converse's Western Europese functions & countries.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor/Master Degree student or equivalent within Business Administration, Marketing or a related degree program
  • Skills such as multitasking, handling information and problem-solving, ability to work across the functions, creativity
  • Intern should be also well-organized, communicative, and eager to contribute to team success
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Academic, volunteering, or previous internship experiences related to Marketing are a plus (please include in your CV)
  • A global attitude and ideally a passion for sport!

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

  • Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/ higher education institution)
  • Be available for a 6-month fulltime internship starting February 1st, 2025

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • Collaborate with external collaborators to bring to life seasonal initiates and campaigns across all categories and throughout the marketplace
  • Drive analytical workstreams to help identify, evaluate and catalyze action against critical priorities
  • Work across functions and countries, solving problems
  • Assisting in the development and ongoing management of tools and processes focused on executing against the organization's strategic and business plans
