・ 職務内容:
① プレミアムな消費者体験を目指し、グローバル及びジオグラフィーのプログラム導入/実施を促進するため、ストア マネージャーやアシスタント ストア マネージャーをサポートしビジネスを加速させる。
② スタッフの教育及び能力開発をサポートするため、日々の業務のみならず、中期的視点で注力する業務を計画する。プレミアムな社員体験の実現。
③ 円滑な店舗運営を遂行するため、-つのファンクション(販売、ヴィジュアルマーチャンダイジング、トレーニング、オペレーション、シッピングアンドレシービングなど)を責任者として管理する。
④ Nike が定めるポリシーや規定を徹底し、優れたストアオペレーションを実行する。
⑤ 優れた戦略的計画の立案及び実行をサポートするため、積極的に提案を行う。
⑥ 本部の関係部署と協働して店舗およびスタッフの管理維持を行う。
・ 応募条件:
① Nike ブランドへの強い興味とパッションがあること
② リテールでの販売及びマネジメント経験(雇用形態不問)
③ リテール及びアパレルの知識、流行やファッショントレンドに敏感であること
④ 周りを巻き込みリードしていくリーダーシップ能力とマネジメント能力があること
⑤ 問題解決能力があり、責任を持って意思決定ができること
⑥ コミュニケーション能力が高く、周りとの関係構築をスムーズにできること
⑦ 英語スキルがあれば尚可(日常会話ができると好ましいが、ない場合も学ぶ意欲があれば可)
