WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Capture Specialist to creatively document various internal workstreams at Nike WHQ.

This role will support the Global Store Development team through the capture and post-production of photography, videography, and 3D scanning.

  • Self-starter organized and able to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables at one time.
  • A stellar portfolio of creative work that exhibits a seasoned background utilizing alternative methods of to capture content, build workflows and drive visual documentation processes.
  • Collaborator who can take a tactical deliverable, capture and produce it in a way that is engaging and motivating to the end user, has a passion for retail and serving consumers and store athletes.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Leverage Photography, Videography, Timelapse and 3D Scans to document Mockshops, Innovation Spaces and Prototyping Labs
  • Support cross functional digital tools prioritized in Next% focusing on Firstline teams
  • Partner with the NSiL team on space planning, production of cross functional teams' capture, and auditing/maintaining equipment
  • Photography capture specialist to document work in Inline, Specialty and Value distinctions Mockshops
  • Video editing delivery through post-production in various cross functional content projects captured
  • Support Firstline familiarity and engagement with overall capture for service and selling training through key partnerships and development
  • Documentation of processes, strategies and updates for Facilities Management, Sustainability and Construction prioritizing Retail Fundamental/Brand Elevation Change Agent doors
  • Support and deliver consumer facing video content for product on digital .COM (IE PDP, etc)
  • Develop testimonial capture strategy including key teammate interviews, b-roll recordings and timelapse content
  • Organize post-production workflow for cross functional photo/video projects
  • Maintain asset management and sharing best practices for external/Internal use
  • Create content for Store Dev NSiL virtual digital tour and HQ Website

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This person will report directly to the Sr Director of Global Store Development and be working closely with key cross functional stakeholders involved with test and learn, and showcasing of work within the Nike Stores Innovation Labs (NSiL) - Global Store Development, Global Store Operations, NAX, Visual Merchandising, Global Retail Design, Marketing and Experience Design teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years of photo/video or creative content production.
  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Detailed understanding of photo/video equipment and tools, postproduction platforms with a portfolio of work to showcase.
