WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
This role is part of DSM team who plans and optimizes Demand, Supply and Inventory to serve consumers, and drive sustainable, profitable growth for Nike. This role is part of a bigger Consumer Planning Women's Lifestyle team, with responsibility to develop plans for Nike Direct, and reports into the Consumer Assortment Planning Senior Manager. The Assortment Planner will work with various teams, including Merchandising, Nike Direct Digital & Stores planning, Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), and Supply & Inventory Planning (S&IP).

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Responsibilities of the Assortment Planner:
Develop Nike Direct seasonal plan inclusive of RSV, net sales, margin, receipts, and inventory at top-down(framework) and bottom-up (style-color) levels with consistent business logics & analytics.
Own product-driven OTB forecast from informing manufacturing decisions to influencing in-season optimization
Analyze business against plan and forecasted in-season sales and inventories on a monthly or weekly basis, assess business risk / opportunity & develop action plans and escalate where needed
Monitor Stock & Sales Plan to drive x-market place decision making to optimize product health, capture consumer demand and inform trading decisions
