Job Description
Pre-SSN:
- responsible for NVS assortment plan by 3 territories in each seasonal code gate (from W46 to W26) with clear methodology start from sales plan.
- Independently cover NVS seasonal gate full cycle, be the owner of NVS Rebuy hindsight and investment review for specific consumer/division.
- Actively communicate with NVS merchandising partners to fully aware assortment strategy and reflect into buy optimization, raise out NVS assortment line needs based on hindsight/In-season trading performance findings.
- Leverage in-line performance signal to accomplish after GEOD's NVS rebuy flex-up & flex down based on latest inventory rolling insights

In-SSN
- Weekly track NVS 3 territories business performance, marketplace sales trend, NVS inventory status, to drive Rev and mitigate inventory/margin risk.
- Weekly manage In-SSN pricing management by SKU (cover both Rebuy & CO SKUs for 3 Territory), which need to tie with topline financial forecast guide, and support IMP CO Inventory healthy as well.
- Cooperate with X-team on responsive planning, including further season sales forecast, investment& in-SSN management
