THE TEAM
As part of the newly created Shared Services function, we're looking to add a talented and organized product-focused associate to our team. The candidate will have the opportunity to help plan, develop and execute the seeding strategy across the entire EMEA marketing organization.
THE PROFILE
To integrate our team, a successful candidate would have a deep understanding of the current and future trends in the sports and fashion industries to better serve our communities. We're looking for a well-organized individual with a strong operational mindset capable to understand, analyze and help develop processes when needed. This person will be part of the team that serves the broader marketing organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to build and manage relationships across multiple teams.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize different projects, track their progress and follow-up where needed.
- Basic budget experience.
- Knowledge of core tools such as Excel, Keynote (SAP is a plus).
THE WORK
As the Associate of Marketing Operations, you will be part of the team that will drive the deployment of a new streamlined product seeding strategy (including photoshoots, events and diverse key brand moments across Europe). Communication will play a crucial part in your role as Shared Services will be involved with most marketing teams based in EMEA, including our key cities. Part of your role will be to:
- Work in conjunction with CODE to plan products according to seasonal timelines.
- Place Marketing contracts and product orders for specific moments (ie. campaign events).
- Help the Shared Services team to build Visual Assortments for 3 of our key spaces.
- Connect regularly with the different Marketing teams to assess upcoming needs and resources.
- Organize and maintain the Shared Services product space located in EHQ, including shipping and receiving.
