主要职责:
人员管理工作--计划团队日常或短期任务重点。管理员工及设置个人目标。培训员工,支持个人发展,就员工招聘、绩效考核和表扬奖励等方面提出主要意见
协助店铺经理,管理一个或者多个商店职责 (销售、推销、经营、会计等) 或者管理大型商店的特定销售区/业务
店铺经理不在时,履行所有店铺管理职责
直接监督部门经理、员工和/或顾客服务
制定商店活动的统计和叙述报告
与产品部/视觉团队进行交流,监督店铺现场陈列改善和维修
协助店铺经理提供高档消费者体验和员工体验,实施/执行全球和区域计划,提升销售业绩
要求:大专学历以上,有至少4年零售工作经验,一年以上管理经验;能够根据工作需要从事相应的体力工作;能够接受零售行业的灵活排班
Plans the work of employees with a daily or short-term focus. Supervises employees and sets individual goals. Coaches staff, supports development and provides significant input into hiring decisions, performance management recognition and rewards.
Assist Store Manager (Head Coach) by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in a large volume store.

Perform all store management functions in absence of Store Manager (Head Coach).
May have direct supervision of Dept. Managers (Coaches), associates (athletes) and/or Customer Service.
Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities.
May communicate with GMM/Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance.
Assist SM in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing global and regional programs to drive business results.
Qualifications: College degree or above, 4 years retail experience, including 1 year management experience.
