Analyst, Performance Management-NIKE USA, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Analyze correlations between processes and performance numbers, and recommend solutions that address process gaps; Facilitate and manage the budgeting, forecasting and monthly reports submission processes; Monitor business performances regularly and generate performance reports to present to management; Complete analysis of financial and operational performance data (e.g. cost, service, speed) to identify key insights and opportunities to improve the end-to-end transportation network; Design, build, and apply visual tools based on partner requirements to help provide insights to our operational partners; Support capability development through success criteria tracking to ensure benefits are robust and mutually exclusive across business segments; Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic top-to-top discussions with both key internal and external partners; Create reporting and insights at scale that informs and influences business decisions; Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements; Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, and other end-user information portals and resources; and Provide detailed cost metrics to ensure the right carrier is being used in the right locations within our transportation network. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from SD, VT, and WV.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

Position requires 2 years of experience in the following:
