We're hiring a Materials Supply Chain (MSC) Costing Operations Analyst II to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing our materials costing management processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Finance, or Computer Science.
- Minimum +3 years of experience in project management, supply chain operations or related field, with +2 years additional relevant experience in data analytics and design solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems, Alteryx, Python, Snowflake)
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Familiar with workflow automation tools like Smartsheet, Power Automate, etc.,
- Experience investigating, capturing and maintaining data in an information management system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to see opportunity and generate solutions.
- Team player, proactive, flexible and with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong sense of accountability, resourcefulness, and drive
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
One of your primary responsibilities will be managing the data and analytics for the bi-annual materials negotiations, supporting round-by-round negotiations to optimize allocation of $4B in annual expenditure for cost, performance, sustainability, and product priorities. You will lead automation efforts, improve data quality, and utilize data analytics to optimize delivery and identify performance gaps. Other key functions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders in MSC Costing to understand business needs and requirements, and to gather input on process improvements
- Develop and implement process improvements, including designing and testing new processes, and implementing changes to existing processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and training materials
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes and procedures
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements, and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address operational challenges.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training and support to team members on materials management processes and tools.
