Analyst II, Marketing Measurement, Marketing Science GC
Who are we looking for
A Marketing Measurement Analyst who has a knowledge and passion for applying advanced analytic approaches, an eagerness to dig into data and a vision for turning data streams into a cohesive view of consumer behavior. In this role, you'll work as an extended member of Nike's marketing team, serving as an analytics expert. You'll use consumer research and consumer engagement data to plan the marketing campaign measurement and test-and-learn agenda for key Marketing programs, developing and execute quantitative consumer analytics to develop an understanding of consumers engagement across Nike's communication ecosystem and apply inputs into experimentation | modeling and business strategy. You will also play an active part as a representative of the Nike Insights team. The ideal candidate excels in cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-pace organization, with an opportunity to evolve the way Nike created content to connects with its consumers.

- The candidate must be a dependable teammate and self-motivated
- Enjoy finding relationships from data sets and clarity from the data environment
- The aim of most projects will be influencing key business decisions and creating assessment, tracking, analytics and optimizations for marketing campaigns
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a research, measurement, or analytics role
- Proven ability to sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, develop hypotheses and make recommendations required
- Advanced SQL skill required and Python is a plus
- Modelling skill and using machine learning applications is a plus
- Strong presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including packaging and development of management presentations
- Ability to develop strong partnerships across a multi-layered organization
- Strategy and business analytics experience in a retail environment preferred
Education
- Degree in quantitative, e.g., business, statistics, research, or behavioral sciences
- Advanced degree a plus but not required
