WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As our Western Europe Finance Analyst, you will be actively involved and assist in-season and long-term Finance planning cycles and Month-End Close processes across our DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Business, with focus on Margins, but not limited to that. You will be partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure functional expertise is captured in Finance plans and you will be working on identifying risks & opportunities for delivering increasingly more profitable growth in the business.

Being a key business partner on cross-functional teams, you will provide insights that drive actions and impact the business. You will need to demonstrate strong financial and analytical skills, with attention to details, a team attitude, a can-do mentality and the ability to take insights and translate these into clear and simple action items and recommendations.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Support financial planning processes, like Monthly Forecast, Budget, Annual Operating Plan, Corporate Strategic Review for the DTC business to generate plans that incorporate strategic business plan objectives and appropriate assumptions.
  • Support Month-end Close activities and deliver relevant analysis and insights that explain key drivers for variances to plans.
  • Identify and communicate Risk and Opportunities against plans and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks and amplify opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, leading to efficiencies and better understanding of performance.
  • Perform profitability and investment analysis on short- and long-term business opportunities that supports the decision-making process and help improve profitability.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The role reports into the Western Europe Finance Manager and will be working closely with the Direct Finance Lead and other Cross-functional stakeholders and Finance teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis in an international environment.
  • Ability to deliver results against tight timelines, navigate large amounts of information and "connect the dots". from various data sources and collaborators.
  • Strong communication skills with good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail, and confidence in Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic Accounting Principles, as well as SAP/Tableau knowledge are a plus.
  • Team player attitude, positive energy, integrity, and passion for the Brand.
