WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will report to the NDS Planning Director. You will work closely with Location planners, In Season Analysts and other Allocators within the same team to achieve revenue, margin, and inventory objectives for the current season. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the MFP, Nike Marketplace team, Inventory Operations and Enterprise Business Planning / Performance Operations teams.

We are looking for an allocator focus on Nike Direct to oversee deliver consumer x FOP plans to achieve channel financial targets including Revenue, Margin, Inventory, and Profitability through optimizing seasonal, monthly, and weekly flow to maximize in-stock rates and mitigate lost demand.
The candidate must have the ability to concisely present complex information / recommendations in meaningful terms to various audiences and has a deep understanding of how to use data to drive decisions and communicate business needs effectively.
You will need to have the following skills to be successful in this role
- 1 Year + retail planning experience in a vertical or wholesale environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred in disciplines such as Business
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge in Excel. Desired: Cognos BI tool, Tableau
- English 85%
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, along with ability to work in deadline driven environment
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate successfully across teams
- Competence to understand retail KPI's, with the ability to use data and analytics to identify critical information on commercial drivers and managing large date sets
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
On a weekly basis you might be setting seasonal flow plan and allocation plan based on seasonal initiatives, key consumer priorities, door level strategy, and revenue drivers. This includes to Develop style/color/size level load-in and replenishment and monitoring store performance weekly and adjust allocation units as needed performance vs plan variance
You should partner w/ x-functional partners to identify opportunities and execute in-season x-channel trade activities to maximize full-price sales. Also, you will need to maintain and balance healthy inventory levels w/ optimal weeks of supply for key consumer x FoP x channel
