As a Producer II for Pokémon GO, you will lead teams and work across the company on one of the most influential games the world has ever seen. We’re looking for an ambitious and innovative Producer II to work on new features that will impact the lives of millions of players. You will help steer your Team's roadmap to keep players engaged all year round, drive cross-functional teams to delight our users, and encourage players to go out and explore the world!
Responsibilities
- Lead a Cross-Functional Team of engineers, designers, artists, and product managers to articulate a compelling vision and bring large scale new features to market.
- Drive the operational aspects of game production including development processes, production planning, status reporting, risk management, and testing.
- Break down multifaceted issues into workable components to guide our product from creation to launch.
- Lead communications and planning across company leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with brand partners, navigate approval hurdles, and optimally land a cohesive end product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
- Required in-office 2 days on Wednesday and Thursday.

- You have a BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience producing a live service mobile game.
- You have shipped a large scale project through a complete development cycle, ideally on mobile platforms.
- You are able to demonstrate extraordinary organization, communication, and leadership skills while working on cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, etc.).
- You have broad experience in, and a deep understanding of various development methodologies, and have a consistent record of maximizing your team's efficiency.
- You have a passion for mobile games and AR.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including asynchronous interactions with others.
- You love Pokémon GO.

The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $148,800 - $174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
