We’re looking for an experienced and unstoppable CRM Applications Manage to join the information systems group within our growing company. In this role, you will spearhead the vision and execution of our Salesforce and CRM-related technologies, working closely with business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage the Salesforce team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for Salesforce and the related systems. Working closely with the sales units, gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce to meet business needs while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure the successful integration of Salesforce with other information systems and platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with Salesforce developments and trends to ensure the company leverages the latest features and best practices.

 

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, with at least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce team leader. 
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Proven record of working collaboratively with business stakeholders and other technical teams.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • A people person, a proficient problem solver, someone who quickly adapts to new technologies
  • Ability to thrive in a global startup, where priorities can change suddenly.



Unstoppable Qualities: (Optional: These are nice-to-have’s): 

  • Experience in the insurance industry, especially in agency CRM management information systems. 
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein 1 platform and proven record of implementing different solutions. 
  • Experience with the following information systems: Hubspot, Exponea, Applied Epic and Talkdesk
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
  • REST API and low code solutions experience (Workato, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, etc.)

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. NEXT employees are eligible to participate in our equity incentive program and will also receive our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position:
$130,000$185,000 USD
