Position Overview
On a high level the Agile Coach as part of Operations Management team owns the smooth function of day to day engineering operation. The candidate must be from a technical background and have demonstrable evidence of practicing Agile methodologies following the Scrum process.
We are responsible for the support processes and daily operations of the engineering dept. We also run the change and release management program.

In the Agile Coach role we are looking for a people oriented person. The person should enjoy working in a complex and highly technical environment where stress tolerance and communication is key to their success.
What You'll Need
Agile
- Good to have experience serving as Agile Coach/ Scrum Master/ Scrum Leader.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies;
- Scrum Alliance certification would be an added advantage;
Technical
- A person with some level of technical background.
- Passion to learn and adopt new technical skills;
- Experience with JIRA, Git is preferable;
General
- Minimum 2 to maximum 12 years of relevant e
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

As Agile Coach, your contribution will be in:
Agile Practices
- As Agile Coach, the main focus would be to ensure Agile/Scrum practices are maintained properly within the team level.
- Help team to focus on planning their development schedule considering risk, task dependencies, priorities, and major milestones implementing Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban practice;
- Organize and facilitate day to day sprint rituals like sprint planning, daily stand-up, reviews, retrospectives, demos and other Agile-related meetings as needed.
- Employ agile project tracking tools to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs;
- Ensure the development team's practice the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility;
Engineering Operation
- Manage and organize the daily operations to ensure timely delivery and functional efficiency.
- You will coordinate the teams in meeting goals of the Product, Engineering, Customer success department, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure operational processes and practices are well defined, documented and consistently applied.
Efficiency in people and process
- Track and communicate team velocity, performance parameter and sprint/release progress;
- Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practice;
- Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution;
- Empower the teams to be self-organize;
- Improve the productivity of the teams in any way possible;
- Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal;
- Respond quickly to a shifting towards urgency and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly.
Cross Function
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Work with multiple global regions and in culturally diverse environments.
