About the role
Netskope Product Managers use their passion for enterprise / cloud networking and security to bridge customer business requirements with key market trends, and deliver world-class products to market. You will work closely with customers and prospects to present our solutions and understand their requirements, and you will partner with engineering, marketing and the field to define the product roadmap, launch the product and develop an effective GTM plan.
What's in it for you
We are looking for a talented Product Manager who is passionate about creating a seamless experience for the enterprises as they transition to the Netskope Security Cloud Platform. In this role you will manage the end-to-end roadmap for Netskope ZTNA Next, which ensures secure and optimized access to all private apps from anywhere, combining award-winning zero trust network access (ZTNA) with the power of software-only endpoint SD-WAN.
What you will be doing
- Building and exhibiting a solid understanding of ZTNA, and in turn becoming the go to PM for anything ZTNA.
- Working closely with customers and field teams to understand use cases and articulating details in Product Requirements Doc (PRD).
- Reviewing PRD with Eng and field teams to ensure use cases are well understood, and requirements line up with customer expectations.
- Working closely with UX teams to develop high fidelity UX mockups. Presenting and collecting feedback on mockups to ensure enhancements are simple to understand and drive ZTNA deployments.
- Building and delivering high quality customer and field demos on new enhancements.
- Building technical collateral for field training.
- Creating, presenting and maintaining product documentation and collateral.
- Supporting field teams with high quality and timely response to RFIs/RFPs.
- Increasing upsells and renewal opportunities by focusing on deployment challenges and identifying solutions to address these gaps.
- Working closely with customer success and support teams to help with product questions, product escalations, etc.
- Being the voice of the customer across Netskope and bringing the customer's voice into the creation process.
- Traveling up to 50% (2x year to India, domestic customer/trade shows).
Required skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience in a PM, TPM, or a customer facing technical role with expertise in at least one of the following Secure Service Edge frameworks - Secure Web Gateway, ZTNA or VPN, IAM (Identity and Access Management), Firewall and related cloud networking technologies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience building endpoint Clients or Agents for traffic steering methods.
- Knowledge of different OS platforms such as iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux, ChromeOS etc.
- A self motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience leading and contributing to cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education
- BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS and / or MBA strongly preferred.
