Job Summary
The Sales Ops Program Manager - Planning is a business savvy individual with expertise in Sales Planning and Analytics to plan and run the execution of set of planning deliverables. This individual will be an expert in both managing data, as well as designing and developing planning reports, visualisations in Excel or Power BI or similar tools. Working knowledge of Anaplan will be a preference.
This role will coordinate with Sales management, IT and finance to manage the planning activities and set of deliverables that are needed to Finance, Sales Ops and IT. This person has extensive experience in dealing with cross-functional business requirements and engaging with key stakeholders at both the executive/VP level and with delivery teams.

Job Requirements
• Proactively working with cross functional teams for the requirements of planning cycle
• Sound technical skills in Excel, SQL and Power BI to manage large reports and dashboards.
• Working understanding of Anaplan Planning module
• Creative thinking for solving complex issues and suggesting the best approach for the blockers.
• Communicating and management of timelines for Planning Deliverables
Education
• A minimum of 8-12 years of related experience in Sales / Sales Ops Reporting and Analytics of which at least 5+ Years of experience in Sales Planning is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and a master's degree in business management, economics is required
