Job Summary

As a Sales Analyst in Global Business Services organization, you are in a role that is essential to the success of the NetApp's Quoting tool. You will deliver outstanding support services to our global partner community and NetApp users, including working closely with Business Program Managers and System Administrators to ensure a very smooth Quoting process. This position requires listening, reading, research, data analysis, and identifying and uncovering change requirements; including the ability to draw conclusions and create methodologies to accomplish business team goals. You will be part of a cross-functional team that includes Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Quote to Invoice, Finance, IT and Enterprise Business Intelligence. This is a challenging position with the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness and success of the sales organization and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

Essential Functions:

  • Provide outstanding daily operational support of the quoting process and system; which includes quote configuration, quote creation, quote updates, answer pricing related questions for both the direct (field) and indirect (channel) sales organizations
  • Perform problem analysis, triage, correction of issue, and root cause analysis; including engaging business program managers and technical resources when necessary
  • Comprehension and capability of meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Proactively improve the sales user experience and make quote tool a competitive advantage; identify, recommend and implement process improvements to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Provide expertise in testing and troubleshooting system issues, enhancements and upgrades to the tool
  • Act as an expert resource for system and process related issues, including being part of the project team for subsequent releases of quote tool.
  • Increase sales productivity by streamlining business processes and tools
  • Perform data quality management; including data analysis, quality checks, uploading data and ad hoc reporting

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language; including verbal, written and comprehension skills
  • Experience with Renewal quoting, product configurations, pricing processes and systems,
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, perform diverse job functions and support a high-performing, successful sales team
  • Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment, while maintaining a strong attention to accuracy, details and outstanding customer service
  • Working with the Change Management team on any process improvements
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to host conference calls and collaboration sessions online
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills demonstrated through strong presentation, verbal and written communication

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree - Required
  • 6-8 years enterprise experience in quoting processes and/or systems applications customer service, preferably within high tech companies - Required
  • Experience providing global support, including optimizing quoting processes, product configuration & quote pricing for an enterprise - Highly desirable
