Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (with specific experience related to databases such as MS SQL, Postgres, Oracle etc.) to join our team and continue to build public cloud-native storage services. In this role, you will:
- Help execute a defined cloud storage strategy, breaking down vision into an execution plan through a continuous dialog with our strategic customers and various engineering teams
- Oversee, define, and prioritize product life cycle items, working jointly with professional teams of engineering, UX, solution architects, and 3rd parties or partners.
- Continuously shape product vision through customer dialog, balancing desired outcomes with core competencies and development costs.
- Own and report product development plan through monthly sprint cycles while aligning multiple engineering teams
- Build, communicate and present to internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B businesses, with a preference for large or multi-national companies
- Solid hands-on IT/Cloud previous experience
- A bachelor's or master's in engineering is required.
- Preferred background as DBA or system engineer with hands-on experience with commercial and open-source databases like MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Solid experience working with customers, understanding pain, and translating to user stories and technical requirements.
- Strong familiarity with public cloud services and storage services (AWS EC2/FSx/EFS/EBS/S3, RDS, Aurora, etc.,)
- Experience in leading complex and lengthy development planning
- Excellent inter-personal skills to help navigate through messy dialogs to create process and clarity
- Software development or strong technical background - advantage
- Fluent English
- Work through multiple time zones (US West Coast, Israel, India).
