Job Summary:

The Job Architecture Program Manager will maintain our robust job architecture framework that encompasses job functions, job families, and career pathways frameworks. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure the job architecture framework aligns with organizational objectives and supports talent management initiatives. Conduct job analysis and evaluation to determine appropriate job levels, salary ranges, and career progression paths. Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop competency models that support individual and organizational development. Provide guidance and support to HR and hiring managers in job design, job leveling, and career development. Monitor market trends and industry best practices related to job architecture and talent management, recommending improvements and adjustments as needed. Lead the implementation of job architecture initiatives, including communication, training, and change management activities. Collaborate with HRIS teams to ensure job architecture data is accurately captured and maintained in the HR systems. Analyze and report on job architecture metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. This employee will other be the primary program manager for special high visibility program launches. The role reports to the Director, Global Compensation.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years of compensation experience work with medium to large organization(s) and with global public companies, preferred
  • KSA's (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

    • Solid talent management experience with proven experience in career architecture and pathways
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and a strong collaborative, team approach to getting things done
    • Detail-oriented, resourceful, good listener, data storyteller, analytical, process improvement driver, problem solver

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, data analytics or business curriculum, preferred

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $150K - $184K. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
