NetApp is seeking a Global Client Executive to manage and expand our strategic relationship with the global client, SAP. This role calls for a growth-minded individual who can adapt to rapidly changing circumstances, has a keen eye for detail, and is always perfectly prepared. You will be responsible for driving customer value, developing and executing account strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for our on-premises and cloud product portfolio. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the strategic client relationship with SAP on a global scale.
- Understand SAP's goals, develop account strategies, and drive customer value that leads to revenue growth.
- Be responsible for NetApp's on-premises and cloud product portfolio.
- Leverage your knowledge of the SAP portfolio and GSI to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions using a solution selling approach.
- Plan and forecast business, identifying upselling opportunities.
- Build strong relationships at all levels of the client organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to clients.
- Collaborate with product teams for enhancements and provide feedback.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about NetApp's products and communicate their value to SAP.
- Exhibit a "never give up" attitude, leading by example, and demonstrating strategic thinking and global selling expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales (global).
- Proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Experience managing global client accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex customer requirements and provide solutions.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and adaptive approach.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of accountability.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
