Job Summary
The Employee Listening and Analytics Consultant is responsible for overseeing successful project management and delivery for team-, and organization-level surveys; employee engagement pulse survey administration is an area of particular focus. The Consultant will also work on survey content, statistical analyses, action plans, and impact measurement for various survey efforts. In addition, this role may support initiatives across People Analytics.
Job Requirements
• Lead survey projects from inception through execution, including design, data collection, reporting, and follow-up action plan activities.
• Work with NetApp's outside survey platform provider to coordinate all project management aspects of survey data collection, reporting, and analysis.

• Conduct analyses on survey results to identify key drivers of business-relevant outcomes; interpret results to uncover opportunities for action and development.
• Prepare high quality interpretive reports for NetApp senior leaders and HRLT on company-wide themes.
• Advise HRBPs on reporting, interpreting, communicating, and taking action on survey results, including creating presentation templates and other analysis guides.
• Synthesize best practice research and concepts to inform initiatives in the employee engagement, and survey.
• Possesses exceptional project management, planning, work coordination, facilitation, and consultation skills.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; is comfortable delivering presentations to a wide range of audiences.
• Able to convey complex, data-based concepts in practical and easy-to-understand terms for general business audiences.
• Builds good working relationships with others inside and outside HR; possesses strong collaboration skills.
• Possesses strong judgment and analytical thinking skills; demonstrates problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
• Must be able to work autonomously and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to drive initiatives to closure; is proactive in driving execution.
Qualifications
• Degree in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field (MA/MS preferred)
• Work experience as an internal or external consultant in employee survey, people analytics, organization development, or organization effectiveness.
• Successful record of designing and/or executing talent processes with a business audience and managing the full lifecycle of projects from conception to completion.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 129,870 - 158,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
