Job Summary

APAC Distribution role at NetApp is critical in driving the success of our key Distribution partnerships. This position will lead execution engagement and business rhythm dedicated to defining and executing the successful go-to-market plan. The successful candidate will possess deep and broad collaboration experience and an in-depth understanding of the processes, systems, and tools necessary to drive growth through a "distribution partner-focused" strategy. The APAC Distribution leader will work collaboratively with country distribution managers to grow the revenue with the distributors across APAC.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, evolve, and execute the Distribution program for key distribution partnerships
• Build and execute the joint business plans in collaboration with the area distribution managers
• Implement a standard set of KPI's to measure the health and performance of the Distribution partners: growth, acquisition, capacity, capability & coverage
• Team and collaborate with key NetApp stakeholders to support and deliver on strategic initiatives and revenue targets, including Distribution Managers, Geo Leaders, Partner Leaders, Commercial Segment Leads
• Deliver and support QBRs with the distributors and NetApp Team
• Work with the extended NetApp teams including Worldwide Partner Organization, Geo and Local teams to drive investment, marketing support and gain mindshare on the value and contribution of Distribution

• 10+ years of experience with a demonstrable ability in sales, partner sales, and/or partner ecosystems to execute large cross-functional teams at scale
• Experience in APAC Distribution and partner ecosystems
• Broad experience in a matrixed environment
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to build good working relationships across all functions
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally as needed, 25%-50%
