Job Summary
As a Commercial Territory Representative, you will be responsible for proactively servicing end customers and partners (Reselling Partners / Service Providers) from within the office as well as onsite selling the entire NetApp Solution Portfolio. The clientele are small and medium-sized companies in a dedicated zip code area.
Job Requirements
• Proactive telephone support of end customers and prospective customers from the customer segment Commercial (medium-sized businesses) for a defined sales area on one's own responsibility including acquisition of new customers
• Positioning of the NetApp solution and product portfolio with all relevant contacts within and also outside of IT using value selling approaches

• Securing business with existing customers by qualifying and processing the existing "installed base"
• Price negotiations and sales closings on all decision maker and hierarchy levels
• Qualification and follow-up of leads
• Close cooperation with partners and colleagues from Solution Engineering, Support as well as the channel organization
• Design and development of sales campaigns together with reselling partners, distributors and marketing teams
Education
- The completion of a commercial apprenticeship and/or professional experience in internal sales.
- Professional experience in a technical environment, ideally within the IT industry.
- Must speak German and English fluently. Italian is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience in using a CRM tool.
