Overview
Research, implement, and maintain Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud systems and product solutions using cloud engineering principles. Support enterprise network systems, applications, data migration/integration solutions, and vendor services. Work under minimal supervision and use complete understanding of business needs and objectives to support projects that have impact on the achievement of operational goals. Advanced skill set and proficiency with procedures and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Assist the business unit (Benefits, Time and labor) in fully integrating SaaS systems (Oracle Human Capital Management) into existing business processes; provide input on best practices
- Perform advanced SaaS cloud systems (Oracle HCM) configurations to align with organizational needs
- Troubleshoot system issues, oversee system development for assigned workstreams, and manage data migration projects
- Provide user support and training on SaaS functionalities
- Identify functionality gaps and offer recommendations for solutions
- Manage the SDLC process from requirement intake to deployment
- Consult and support internal customers as a trusted advisor
- Design and document technical solutions to functional system requirements
- Build working relationships with team members and subject matter experts
- Lead small projects and initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management/Information Systems, or equivalent training, education, and experience
- 5-7 years of experience in function
- Complete knowledge and understanding of business area/specialization
- Advanced skill in SaaS cloud developer tools such as Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS), Generative AI Chatbots, and Content/Knowledge development
- Advanced skill with case management and ticketing systems, such as Service Now, ADO or Jira
- Advanced skill to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, and experience with guiding and mentoring others
- Advanced interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with external contacts and all levels of management and staff
- Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows, notifications and integrations between various applications
- Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, AI concepts, and related duties such as designing, planning, administering, developing, or maintaining cloud-based applications
- Business knowledge in Disability and Time& Labor
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud
