Overview
To design and develop basic to moderately complex multimedia elements (graphics; animations; audio; video and print) to support employee learning and development initiatives and business unit objectives across the organization. To create courseware to meet business unit training needs and enhance the employee learning experience. To provide multimedia services to help deliver key communications and enable greater productivity. Works under
Responsibilities
• Create Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animations - Moderately Complex/Varied
• Create dynamic instructional and training materials using current technologies including references and support tools that reinforce training, increase efficiency and help produce error-free work

• Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/icons - Moderately Complex/Varied
• Design the graphical user interface; create and/or enhance images and video and audio formats; convert analog movies to digital format - Moderately Complex/Varied
• Develop and create print design and support materials including agenda booklets, banners and signage (branding), name tags, name tents, network maps, eGram announcements, etc. - Moderately Complex/Varied

Qualifications
• Experience in creating animations and interactive elements for e-Learning courseware in animation software
• Experience in developing graphical user interfaces
• Experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
• Experience in multimedia development and production, preferably in a corporate setting
• Experience in recording/editing audio, video, and digital photographs for e-Learning courseware and other media formats
• Experience in working and participating in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects
• Working knowledge of media principles, including an understanding of the uses and advantages/disadvantages of different media channels
• Working knowledge of training techniques and practices
• Effective database and presentation software skills
• Effective organizational, planning and time management skills
• Effective research, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Effective skill capturing and translating processes and requirements into easily understood terms
• Effective skill communicating with all levels within an organization
• Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
